We want to help you bring your ideas to life! We’ll help you pick the garments and the decoration style. You’ll tell us how many you need. You can provide us the art, but it has to be print-ready. We will need the vector design file, this is typically an .ai or .eps file. If you do not have the file, we can help turn in into a vector for a fee (varies depending on design). Alternatively, we can make your art for $100 an hour.

Then, we’ll send you two approvals: Quote and Art Approval. Production begins once all is approved. Turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from approval, let us know if you have a desired date of completion.

Please look at your Art Approval carefully. Your Art Approval will have everything you’ll need to know. Mockups aren’t to exact size or placement, it is just for visual purposes to approve the design. We’re pros, we have typical placements for prints and will let you know if we run into any issues.

We take 50% deposit to get the order going, unless you have pre negotiated net terms. We accept ACH, Checks and Credit Cards. If you are mailing or bring in a check just let us know so we can move the order to the next step. Then, we’ll either ship your products (at a cost), or you can pick them up for free!

All orders can have up to 5% under run. Some shirts could be damaged during printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that you will receive 100% of the garments in your order. We strongly recommend ordering a few extras to account for this possibility. We always strive to give you everything you’ve ordered, however, if there is a shortage with your order, we will refund or credit you for the difference.

Customer supplied garments are non-returnable and non-refundable once printed. The customer accepts all liability for supplied garments. We do not replace misprints or items with holes or damage for customer supplied items.
